VCR Act
Unfortunately since October 2007 regarding the VCR Act you can only purchase a RIF (Realistic Imitation Firearm) if you are either a UKARA member or hold a re-enactors card that falls under a defence for purchasing a RIF.
However if you are over 18 years of age, you may purchase a "two-tone" weapon with ID.
